Not much problem with the actual running. A little tired at the end of the day (my kids wore me out today), but holy. moses. My knees, ankles, feet, and some muscle that runs from my thigh into my butt ... they are all KILLING me. I am glad for the two days off before the next run, and honestly, it might have to be more. But I don't want to think defeatist yet.
I can't think to write anything else yet because oooowwwwwwww...
